Ms Manthata was groomed by IBM SA as an Information Technology (IT) graduate intern for 3 years, a solid foundation that led her to the IT Project Management industry she is passionate about. She subsequently invested 15 years learning the ropes of the Project Management consulting industry, from project coordination, administration, junior project management until programme management level (managing programmes with multiple projects simultaneously).
This investment has earned Ms Manthata a skills wealth to manage projects implement project management offices and build a solid stakeholder network not only in project management but in complementary projects’ key focus areas such as change management, business process management, IT solution training, IT Human Resource recruitment and IT Technical solutions’ implementations - this wealth has enabled and positioned ALN Pty Ltd as a potential SMME partner for various IT business opportunities.
